2. What we collect

We keep this minimal. We collect only:

• Your email address, when you subscribe to our newsletter.
• Your message and email address, when you contact us directly.
• Standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) generated when you load this site.

3. Why we use it

Newsletter data is used solely to send you updates about Lofsöng and the studio, on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Contact data is used to answer you. Technical data is used to keep the site secure and functioning, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Third-party services

Our newsletter is operated by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes subscriber data on our behalf. The trailer on this site is embedded from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) and only loads — and only sets cookies — after you click play. These providers have their own privacy policies, which govern their processing.

5. Retention

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete, or port your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@unrelated.games and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

7. Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date above. Material changes affecting newsletter subscribers will be announced by email.
